Each Morning since May of last year I have set 2 alarms. 1st one is to wake up. Then I focus on imaging how I want my life to... be in detail. the 2nd alarm goes off to tell me to switch thoughts to what I need to focus on this day. It works for me!
These powerful moments have helped me to achieve more throughout the day. It also helps me to keep my focus on my goals and what I need to do to achieve them.
